General Ledger Accountant

Job Description:
- Ensure that all bank transactions are recorded in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Reconcile various bank accounts, including general ledger accounts, with internal and external records.
- Assist in analyzing the bank's financial performance, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency.
- Review the documentation cycle to ensure accuracy of information, calculations & approvals for posting entries.
- Process payments, loans, deposits, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external auditors or regulators.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related business field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) accounting
- Proficiency with Odoo ERP system, with practical experience in handling accounting functions
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Location: El-Maadi, Cairo, Egypt (odoo is a must at least 1 year experince)
