Job Description
We are a store selling all parts of computer brands and accessories beside end user laptops, so you will be mainly dealing with customers / end user; Answering their queries and proposing solutions.
- Hardware assembly and maintenance (preferably)
- customer support through social media, phone calls and/or face to face.
- Setting up new computer equipment, parts, performing minor repair work
- Troubleshooting computer problems and/or finding best solutions
- Clarifying customers’ and clients’ requirements and recommending the appropriate products
- Identifying and fulfilling customer needs through social media platforms and other other communication channels
- Meet and welcoming potential customers in our store(s)
- Provide technical support and install new software for computer users
- Running diagnostic tests to resolve issues and installing updates to existing software
