Computer sales & hardware specialist

We are a store selling all parts of computer brands and accessories beside end user laptops, so you will be mainly dealing with customers / end user;  Answering their queries and proposing solutions.

• Hardware assembly and maintenance (preferably)
• customer support through social media, phone calls and/or face to face.
• Setting up new computer equipment, parts, performing minor repair work
• Troubleshooting computer problems and/or finding best solutions
• Clarifying customers’ and clients’ requirements and recommending the appropriate products
• Identifying and fulfilling customer needs through social media platforms and other other communication channels
• Meet and welcoming potential customers in our store(s)
• Provide technical support and install new software for computer users
• Running diagnostic tests to resolve issues and installing updates to existing software
