Job Description
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails, and maintain a well-synchronized filing system.
- Typing, preparing, and collating reports.
- Filing, Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
- Other duties may be assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Multitasker
- Presentable.
- Attention to detail.
- Egyptian Or Foreigner nationality is applicable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good in English.
- Demonstrates drive to succeed, passion and ambition.

- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
