In addition, provide consultation to all line managers on people management, coach and develop next generation leaders across the business. Role Summary:

The HR Officer plays an integral role within the Human Resources department. Manages assigned HR tasks with specific focus on, onboarding, recruitment, employee services, payroll and statutory filing needs. These include but not limited to Personnel File Management, HR Management System.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Work directly with HR Manager, to ensure critical people processes are effectively and efficiently undertaken. Interprets and applies HR policy and process effectively
  • Deeper understanding of payroll calculation, tax implications, statutory deductions such as Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance and other statutory norms
  • Supporting the implementation of services, policies and programs 
  • Coordinating process and supporting fully monthly payroll cycle including all ad-hoc changes to pay and the implementation of pay awards – salary and bonus for employees in the assigned region. Prepare and maintain accurate pay roll records and reports.
  • Maintaining data integrity. Responding to and submitting information effectively for annual Audits
  • Manages special projects, as assigned, in support of business priorities and/or professional development 
  • Provides effective HR systems administration systems including systems maintenance and data quality
  • Supports the HR Leadership in annual benefits review process
  • Supports in all HR administrative requests such as HR Letters and other types of letter requests
  • Works closely with Finance for monthly payroll audits, closure of payroll related documentation and reports
  • Preparation and circulation of pay-slips to all staff for the assigned location
  • Thorough audit of time and attendance to ensure appropriate payroll calculations applied

General responsibilities:

  • Represent SANTECHTURE with best industry practices in building employer image
  • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on progress and delivery timelines utilizing the standard company task management software.
  • Report and escalate exceptions and delays on delivery of planned activities within acceptable timeframes
 
 

 

Job Requirements

A] Professional Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of the Egyptian Labour law and HR best practices is must.
  • Any additional professional certifications in line with the role will be an added advantage.

B] Technical Knowledge & Experience: 

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience in Egypt
  • Understanding of various government processes such as Social Insurance, Tax deductions and Medical Insurance policies
  • Proactive, Analytical & Problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work in a fast pace work environment balancing multiple projects and embracing change

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

  • Payroll Management - Close all payroll changes and submission to Finance before 20th of each month and HRMS closed and pay slips generation completed before 5th of following month (30%)
  • HR Requests - All Employee Requests to be closed within 3 working days (10%)
  • HR Administrative Tasks - Personnel File Management & Electronic Records are created and updated the same day of the document creation/received (20%)
  • HRMS & HR Reports - Ensure the HR system is kept updated with all changes as they happen and submission of monthly reports to be completed before 5th of each month (15%)
  • Statutory filings – Ensure timely completion of all statutory filings (25%)
