Job Description

  • Understand customer requirements and needs 
  • Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their needs
  • Be a consultant for the buyer by advising clients on market conditions and market investment opportunities
  • Record the customer's personal information accurately.
  • Run calls and target calls to generate business opportunities from assigned leads.
  • Lead generation to find new data for customers.
  • Hold visits for the customers at of different project locations.
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with the customers by following up on their requests and updates through accurate feedback entry on CRM on daily basis. 
  • Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
  • Handle all customer segmentation to maximize company sales.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market
  • Present purchase/lease offers to sellers/lessors for consideration. (Resale)
  • Conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Explain the terms of the contract to the client and respond to all his inquiries and complete the procedures.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
  • Coordinate appointments to show properties/ meet with developers to prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
  • Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing and maintenance.
  • Achieve agreed on sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Following up with the management to ensure fast and high-quality communication to organize and archive work outcomes
  • Providing Direct Manager with Reports on Customer Needs, Problems, Interests, Competitive Activities, and Potentials for New Products

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is must 
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • At least 2 years of sales experience. (Real Estate- Commercial Unites)
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Presentable, confident, flexible.
  • Presentation Skills.
