Job Description
Our company is seeking a talented and creative Presentation Specialist/PowerPoint Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating visually engaging and effective presentations, using PowerPoint as the primary tool. Knowledge of Excel is also preferred to assist in data analysis and chart creation as needed. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders in both English and Arabic.
Responsibilities:
Design and create visually appealing and effective presentations using PowerPoint, incorporating text, images, graphics, and multimedia elements as needed
Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to gather information, input, and feedback for presentations
Edit and revise presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
Develop and maintain templates and style guides to ensure brand consistency across presentations
Perform data analysis and create charts and tables in Excel as needed
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve presentation design and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
2+ years of experience in presentation design, preferably in a business or marketing context
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Strong design skills, including a keen eye for typography, layout, and color
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
