Hands of Hope is a Physical Therapy & Wellness hub, currently running 9 active locations in New York and around the state, strive to reinvigorate Physical Therapy adapting the latest technology in treatment and healthcare industry giving the best quality of care assisting our patients in their recovery journey and help them get back to their normal life faster. As well as our different various brands and line of businesses under the Hands of Hope umbrella.

The ideal candidate has experience within the US market in a B2B setting. They will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expansion within the company, encompassing a wide scope of ideas for the goal of making the business better. Develop a network of contacts and leads database to attract new clients, partners, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income and ensuring sales targets are achieved and exceeded across our different projects.

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Manage multiple sales pipelines and the development of new business opportunities.
  • Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
  • Managing the Sales & Business Development team, measuring KPIs and target achievements.
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
  • Mapping out yearly growth plans, setting milestones and strategies for client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation strategies,
  • Responsible for building lists of sales leads, then pitching to these prospects to build the company’s client database. Help move leads from the top of the sales funnel to the goal of being a signed customer.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest the appropriate products / services and achieve productivity in each deal.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of sales and business development team. Motivate the team, track team performance, KPIs, targets and report metrics.
  • Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and to meet and exceed sales targets expectations.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the sales CRM (Zoho). Creating email rules, managing lead scoring, bulk email marketing, and necessary integrations to maintain and improve the sales cycle.
  • Managing inbound sales inquiries from all marketing activities, website, social media, campaigns... etc.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand, as well as developing growth strategies.
  • Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors.
  • Think critically when planning to assure our different projects success.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Writing business proposals and presenting these to potential customers through online video meetings and phone calls.
  • Developing new product or service offerings to better meet the needs of new and existing customers.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Participate in creating loyalty and referral programs to maximize client retention rates and maximize profits.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 9 - 14 years' prior industry related sales and business development experience
  • Experience in ecommerce and healthcare B2B and B2C within the US market is a must
  • Experience in leading sales and business development team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of MS Office and Zoho CRM software is a must
  • Ability to work from Maadi office from 3:00pm to 11:00pm
  • Fluency in English is a must
