Job Description
Roles and responsibilities (not limited to):
- Developing and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers; work collaboratively, provide timely communications and instruction and assist with operations as necessary.
- Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting and ordering replacements when needed
- Administering and executing all the supply chain processes and activities as required
- Administering and ensuring warranty claims are correctly administered and maintained across the department while overseeing the warranty process from submission to the fulfillment of orders
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate records of claims and disposition
- Liaising with the plants and quality department to authorize works for the returns of the defective products and parts
- Coordinating with the after-sales services branches and warranty department to ensure the timely and accurate warranty claims processing while ensuring proper documentation as well.
- Monitoring the process of returns and defective products and withdraw specific batch of products if required with the quality departments and plants
- Additional duties and responsibilities will be communicated
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- IT background is preferable
- Strong SAP experience and knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of materials planning and scheduling.
