Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments — from workforce planning, job posting, and sourcing, to interviewing and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Support onboarding and integration processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive, inclusive culture.
- Provide advice and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Lead training and development programs based on business and individual needs.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to compensation and benefits reviews to maintain competitiveness and fairness.
- Support organizational change and ensure effective communication across all levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including hands-on recruitment and business partnering.
- Experience in a tech is preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and labor regulations.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
