Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments — from workforce planning, job posting, and sourcing, to interviewing and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Support onboarding and integration processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Provide advice and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Lead training and development programs based on business and individual needs.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to compensation and benefits reviews to maintain competitiveness and fairness.
  • Support organizational change and ensure effective communication across all levels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including hands-on recruitment and business partnering.
  • Experience in a tech is preferred.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and labor regulations.
  • Experience in performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
