Job Description
- Completing all licenses, permits regarding our Stores in Malls and company.
- Completing all work permits for foreign employees.
- Reviewing and creating all contracts for all company issues as well as responsible for legal advice and contracts for all departments.
- Responsible for all legal and contracting issues between our stores and malls.
- Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies and regulations.
- Ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Following up on all legal issues regarding customers.
- Representing the company in any legal cases and suits in general or labor.
- Responsible for employees’ investigations in cooperation with HR and advice the legal and right decision.
- Preparation of OGA (Ordinary General Assembly) and assisting in establishing new foreign companies (Limited - Corporate).
- Responsible for any governmental contracting and issues such as electricity, telecommunication, etc.,
- Translating all reports and contracts to English, as well as communicating with the direct manager by English (Foreigner).
- Any other task assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Law - English Section
- Experience from 3 to 5 years.
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
- Must has experience in Retail companies.
- Must has a Corporate Experience.
- Must has a proven Experience in (Chinese Work Permits - Stores License in Malls)
