Job Description

  • Consolidate forecasting for GDM and present when required
  • Coordinate with GDM sales managers and sales team
  • Perform, execute sales orders and prepare Proforma invoices to customers
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse team, logistics and shipping companies when needed
  • Ensure high level of communication with external and internal customers
  • Receive orders from sales team and execute them and make sure order process including collection is as per agreement
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to prepare samples and send to customers
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team on securing the stock for GDM orders and liaise with logistics to ship on time.
  • Coordinate shipment with courier services companies and shipping companies
  • Liaise with local third parties providers (trucks, vessels, etc…)
  • Handle walk in customers related to export business of finished goods

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in exporting/trading of FMCG products.
  • Understand the export sales languages and payment terms terminologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand the clients' needs
  • English language is a must, written and spoken
  • Computer literate (word, excel, ppt) with excellent time management and personal organization skills
  • Oracle user.
