Job Description
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analyses.
- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the implementation of data-driven strategies across various departments.
- Assist in designing and conducting experiments or A/B tests to measure business outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in data analytics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a data analysis or related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an open-office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
