Job Description
Daily Cash Positioning: Monitor daily cash balances to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. This includes tracking daily receipts and disbursements and managing bank account balances.
Cash Forecasting: Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to anticipate future financial positions and identify potential shortfalls or surpluses.
Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Payment Processing: Oversee and execute electronic payments, wire transfers, and other payment methods in a timely and accurate manner.
Treasury Reports: Prepare and analyze treasury reports, including cash flow statements, debt schedules, and interest expense reports.
Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to treasury activities.
Interest Rate Risk: Analyze and manage the impact of interest rate changes on the company's borrowings and investments.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations related to treasury operations.
Bank Relationships: Serve as a key point of contact for banking partners, managing relationships and negotiating bank fees and services.
Job Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
Experience: Proven experience in a treasury or corporate finance role, with a strong understanding of treasury functions.
