Job Description
Our team is growing, and we are looking to add a talented Human Resources Generalist to assist with the hiring process from beginning to end.
You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining the necessary paperwork. A background in Human Resources and/or recruiting is preferred.
- Recruitment: (CVs screening, Interviews, Job offers, Contracts, On-boarding, JDs...)
- Performance Management: (Objectives settings, Development Plan, Appraisal)
- Compensation and Benefits: (Medical &Life insurance, Salaries, Bonus, Allowances...)
- Organizational Development: (Policies, Training, Employees’ Engagement activities)
- Personnel: (Social Insurance, Employees’ Files, overtime, attendance, vacations, etc.)
- Administration: (Travel & Hotel arrangements, Purchasing, Office Maintenance, etc.)
Job Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Additional HR training will be a plus
