Job Description
- Manage the overall factories operations smoothly and efficiently within the agreed budget
- Area of responsibility is the production and Quality
- Leads the wafer factory to achieve the operational excellence standards.
- Reduce the cost and increase quality standards and productivity
- Update the units according to the industry best practice and standardize the process and polices
- Achieve OEE targets
- Define metrics and targets KPI for individuals and processes
- Improve communities and environment
- Develop potentials and opportunities (Turning visions into actions)
- Propose Annual Operation Plan to GM and Implement after the approval
- Strategic plan on schedule
- Utilize all resources efficiently , reduce change over time and operation down time
- Achieve sales demand plan Vs. actual production
- Ensure available critical people resources
- Motivate people to challenge their effectiveness and strive for excellence
- Create training programs and tools.
Job Requirements
- Wafer & Biscuit manufacturing background is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
