MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales, marketing & business development of Neles products and services
- Achieve target sales & order volumes with target profit level
- Ensure necessary product approvals with all End-Users, EPC’s and listing on all project vendor lists.
- Map the market; business potential for Neles and identify business development initiatives
- Plan & Execute Annual action plans
- Create and develop high level customer contacts.
- Develop strong distributor network for Neles products
- Co-ordinate customer seminars, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Follow business trends & competitors' action, and report & implement necessary action.
- To secure preferred vendor position for all Global local projects with contractors from FEED to Awarded, where end-user is based in the responsible countries
- Ensure effective inter-company project communication
- Provide management with necessary reports
- Capability to have technical review of inquiry documents.
- Capability to reply on technical queries raised during the quotation phase with regular follow-up of open opportunities.
- Commercial contract review in compliance to Neles T&C and capability to negotiate and close sales
CRITERIA OF PERFORMANCE
- Development and Growth of business in Egypt, Iraq, Pakistan & Jordan. All business types: equipment, services, and valve controls & actuators
Job Requirements
- Must have 10-12 years of valve experience
- to be based in Egypt
- Engineering Degree
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent communication, Salesand negotiation skills
