Job Description
- Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory
- Develop and draft an improved production process
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures
- Determine which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility
- Determine how many workers are needed to man the production line
- Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality &Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access)
- Experience 3-5 years preferred to be related to steel structure
- Possess a wide breadth of knowledge in mathematics, physics and mechanics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
