Job Description
- Develop, Execute and Maintain test strategies and flows
- Testing Cross-Device and Cross-Browser solutions
- Testing products with features affecting multiple integrated solutions
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Perform Regression, Smoke, Integration testing
- Influence and drive quality of deliverables across Quality and Development teams
- Actively engage feature planning and follow up with other teams
- Investigate and evaluate new testing technologies and products
- Maintain and communicate quality reports based on products and releases
- Maintain different types of environments to fit test cases (Network, Hardware, Configurations, Postman)
- Participate in training other teams engaging new features (operations, customer experience)
- Develop and mentor career plans for team members and help them boost it
- Investigate and research new frameworks, services and tools
- Utilize minimal resources to deliver maximum outputs
Job Requirements
- Problems and Challenges are daily routine
- Fast and Flexible transition between tools and technology concepts
- 6+ years of recent experience of relevant work
- Outstanding experience with tracking tools (JIRA, TFS, Mantis)
- Outstanding sense of ownership and commitment
- Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of Test Automation tools (Selenium, TestComplete)
- Good understanding of SQL database and queries
- Good understanding of security testing measures
- Good understanding of Continuous Deployments and Versioning
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum
Bonus:
- Experience with A/B Testing enabled solutions
- Experience with Analytics solutions (Segment, Firebase/Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Intercom, Heap)
