Job Description
We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V environments.
Administer Sophos Firewall, VPN, and network infrastructure.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support fingerprint attendance systems and IP CCTV surveillance systems.
Ensure IT systems security, reliability, and smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
Good hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
Practical experience with Sophos Firewall, VPN configuration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Hyper-V virtualization and Windows Server Core.
Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking.
Basic knowledge of fingerprint attendance systems (ZKTeco is a plus).
Basic knowledge of IP CCTV cameras and NVR systems.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage IT tasks independently and provide technical support to end users.
