- Network topology (LAN/VLAN/Wi-Fi), IP plan, firewall rules, ports
- Server location (on-prem/cloud), rack space, power/UPS
- Gate controller types, access readers, barrier gate model, turnstiles
- CCTV system/VMS details + camera specs and RTSP/ONVIF availability
- LPR camera placement & angles, lighting, lane geometry
- Existing database/users list format and onboarding workflow
- Produce a Deployment Method Statement:
- Step-by-step installation + configuration sequence
- Dependencies and responsibilities (Client vs EGlobalSphere)
- Risks + mitigations
- Prepare Integration Checklist (per subsystem):
- Access Control integration checklist
- CCTV/VMS integration checklist
- LPR integration checklist
- Apple/Google Wallet / digital identity onboarding checklist
- Coordinate with project manager for timeline, manpower, and materials.
- Deliverables
- Site Survey Report
- Site Readiness Checklist (signed)
- IP Plan + Network & Ports Requirements
- Integration Plan & Method Statement
- B) On-Site Deployment & Integration
- Objective: deploy cleanly with minimum downtime and controlled change.
- Tasks
- Coordinate site access permits, working hours, and safety requirements.
- Validate client readiness:
- Confirm power/UPS availability
- Confirm network availability + VLAN/IP assignments
- Confirm controller/VMS access credentials
- Supervise installation and verify physical integrity:
- Readers / controllers wiring checks
- Camera mounting alignment for LPR lanes
- Cabling continuity tests / labeling
- Configure on site:
- Device provisioning (controllers, cameras, LPR engines)
- Network settings (static IPs, DNS, gateway, NTP)
- EGlobalSphere platform setup: tenant/site/location structure
- Integration execution:
- Access gate open/close triggers, anti-passback rules (if required)
- CCTV stream ingestion + event mapping
- LPR recognition flow: whitelist/blacklist, confidence thresholds
- Digital identity issuance flow (wallet passes / QR / NFC) if in scope

- Enforce change control:
- document any deviation from plan
- obtain approval before any scope shift
- Deliverables
- Daily Report + Photo Documentation

- Objective: ensure the system works as promised under real conditions.
- Testing
- Factory/bench tests (if applicable) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT):
- Functional tests: access grant/deny, visitor flow, admin controls
- CCTV event triggering and playback verification
- LPR tests: day/night, speed variations, dirty plates, glare
- Load tests (basic): concurrent logins, entry peak simulation
- Validate reporting/dashboard accuracy (events, audit logs).
- Confirm backup and recovery approach (as per scope).
- Go-Live checklist execution and sign-off.
- Deliverables
- SAT/UAT Test Sheets (signed)
- Commissioning Report
