Job Description

1. JOB OBJECTIVE
The account management team leader is responsible for a team of sales account managers, leading, supporting, monitoring, and coaching them, and is finally accountable for their revenue and other targets achievement.

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Leads, coaches, and monitors the performance of a team of sales account managers
-Receives the monthly/quarter/annual targets from the head of account management, design a plan and strategy for his team to achieve/overachieve the target and manages the execution of the plan
-Follows up on the target progress and the sales funnel of his team on a regular basis to ensure they are on track
-Follows up on the day to day tasks and calls of his/her team and provides them with the needed support
-Provides regular one on one coaching sessions to his team members to share the progress and work on the development areas
-Provides different solutions and techniques that drive high performance and achievements
-Attend customer  meetings (if any) with his/her team
-Handles clients’ complaints and escalations
-Assists his/her team in generating new leads and exploring potential customers
-Works closely with other cross-functional teams to ensure delivering the best service and enhance our customers’ satisfaction
-Provides monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports and other team reports as needed

Job Requirements

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in any field
-Relevant certificates are a plus
Minimum Experience:
-6 to 9 years of experience in sales and customer service, 2 of which managing a team
-B2B sales in a tech industry would be a plus
Job-Specific Skills:
-Results orientation and customer-centric
-Very good analytical skills
-Excellent leadership skills
-Familiar with using CRM and sales performance software
-Excellent knowledge of different sales techniques
-Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time management skills
