Job Description

Estafsar is a fast-growing insurance technology startup revolutionizing the insurance industry by providing cutting-edge solutions for our clients. Our team is passionate about making insurance more accessible, affordable, and efficient for everyone.

We are looking for a Business Development Lead to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue for the company
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand the company's reach and customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, including insurance carriers, brokers, agents, and other stakeholders in the industry
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the insurance industry
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics and KPIs to senior leadership

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the insurance or technology industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies and driving revenue growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and emerging trends in insurance technology is a plus
