Job Description
- Supervise the servicing and/or repair of customer’s vehicles
- Liaise with Receptionists to predict type and volume of future workload and understand particular needs of customers, advise Receptionists of any problems with the work on customers’ vehicles.
- Report, record, and return any incorrect or defective parts to Parts Department.
- Inspect work returned from Quality Controller, investigate causes and consult with worker to ensure curative actions, (corrective and preventive action) and record actions taken on Job Card
Job Requirements
- Education: B sc. Mechanical Engineering or Automotive.
- Experience: 3-5 years in service operation in a reputable dealership.
- Language Skills: Good written and spoken English.
- Computer Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
- Customer-oriented and leadership skills.
- The ability of multitasking and working under pressure.
