Role Objective:

As a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the construction and design process by leveraging advanced technology to create detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure the seamless integration of BIM into the project lifecycle. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing digital models to enhance project coordination, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models based on architectural and engineering drawings using specialized software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards in all BIM models.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to integrate BIM into the design and construction processes.
• Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts in the BIM model.
• Manage and organize BIM data, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all relevant parties.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards and protocols to maintain consistency across projects.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM model.
• Optimize BIM models for performance, efficiency, and project-specific requirements.
• Perform regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Responsible for the overall systems graphics design and drawings in the project, fully in line with Honeywell standards, design rules and guidelines.
• Maintaining Graphics Quality and Improvement.
• Issuing Graphics Features and navigation document.
• Coordinating Graphics between all different entities involved; customer, consultant and third parties.
• Explore and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance BIM capabilities and project outcomes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience 3-5 years as a BIM Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong skills in Autodesk design tools not limited to the following (AutoCAD - Revit - BIM Pro - 3ds Max – Corona - Vray).
• Excellent skills in Adobe Design tools not limited to the following.
  (Photoshop and illustrator)
• Strong knowledge of construction and design processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with industry BIM standards and protocols.
