Job Description
- Facilitating routine department activities, such as disbursing checks and processing payroll, calculating, and posting accounts data to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure that All Pending Invoices are Registered on Operation System and ensure that payment is made on a timely manner.
- Prepare Time Frame for All Pending Invoice.
- Meet the Deadline of All Governmental Payments such as (Taxes & Insurance, … ).
- Tracking Budget Expenses, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Organization, Analyzing Information, Accounting and Vendor Relationships.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and government agencies.
- Setting and facilitating the achievement of department objectives.
- Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Building and maintaining relationships with employees, vendors, and lenders.
- Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
- Provides accounting assistance to project managers and operations staff; responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs
- Assist the tax advisor to prepare the tax inspection requirements including the analysis and supported documents
- Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures
- Support the audit process by responding to any inquiries, providing any documents, or analysis to facilitate the audit process. And conduct the required amendments.
- Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
- Provide appropriate accounting information to management when needed.
- Follow up documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Additional certificate (CMA or IFRS) is Preferable.
- 7-10 years of Experience with Contracting or Real Estate Background.
- Oracle ERP User is must.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good English skills.
- Excellent Computer & Excel Skills.
