Since 2016, AFFSQUARE has launched its affiliate network in the MENA Region to head a
step forward in the affiliate market. by summing up all its consultancy services, AFFSQUARE has developed all its digital services to hit a new efficient solution with a 0% risk for advertisers and secured totally for affiliates. 
According to our expansions in GCC and MENA Region we have opened our 3rd new office in Dubai, UAE. 
So, we are looking for a talented Business Development team with the following responsibilities
 

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships, maintain connections, and network with relevant business associations and partnerships online and offline, including networking events to be aware of future potential sales opportunities and secure a constant and increasing stream of referral clients.

• Creating a sales strategy to ensure that the market is fully researched and analyzed and that all potential sales opportunities are maximized.

• Identify client needs and requirements to develop a clear and effective customer-focused commercial proposal.

• Sourcing new leads to increase the client base and boost profits.

• Develop and oversee building business growth for the company at the regional & international levels.
• Communicating with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their
accounts.

• Negotiate prices and modify proposals according to client requirements and present quotations to clients to manage them through the approval process.

• Prepare all necessary contract documentation and accurately complete the sales hand-off package.

• Tracking proposals, estimates, and quotes till the payment collection.

• Investigate existing services and compare them with competitors.

• Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Handle the business process on CRM.

• Playing a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through the generation of Sales Qualified Leads and scheduling of the first meeting of prospects clients 

• Initiating telephonic contact with suspects and prospects creating initial interest and positioning.

• Executing various call campaigns & meet or exceed the assigned quota of connects per day.

• Presenting key selling points, features, and benefits while remaining focused on the prospect’s needs and expectations.

• Sourcing and qualifying prospects using a variety of business intelligence platforms like Zoom Info, LinkedIn, Sales Navigators, etc.

• Build and follow a successful and systematic outbound prospecting cadence.

• Managing the complete outbound sales funnel, talking to prospects and understanding their requirements, and qualifying them.

Job Requirements

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales, engineering, or relevant field.

+3 years of business development, service and/or solution sales, and account management experience.

+3 years experience with Digital Marketing is a must.

• Minimum 3 Years presence in the UAE market selling locally and internationally.

• Should be able to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives.

• Should be able to work as a team and work on individual targets at the same time.

• Familiarity with the B2B and Enterprise Customer Segment.

• Experience with direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross-border trade.

• Experience working in an international company.
