Job Description
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies to support business objectives and enhance overall performance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in organizational development, talent management, or a similar HR function.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing organizational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
