Role Purpose

Own end-to-end revenue from Schools (corporate wholesale) and Wholesale Retail/Distributors. Prospect, pitch, run seminars for parents (Arabic & English), close lump-sum commitments, and ensure on-time cash collection.

Key Responsibilities Schools (Corporate Wholesale)
Build a pipeline of private/international/national schools; secure principal/HOD meetings.
Deliver demo lessons and speak at parent seminars (Arabic & English); convert to grade-level/schoolwide packages.
Negotiate & finalize MoUs/SLAs, pricing, and activation calendars; track adoption & renewals. Wholesale (Retail & Distributors)
Open and grow Virgin Megastore, Diwan, gift/book/toy chains; build distributor partnerships (e.g., NILCO).
Run line reviews; agree lump-sum/quarterly targets, trading terms, displays, promo calendars.
Plan forecasting/POs, in-store activations, staff training; monitor sell-in/sell through, returns, and cash collection. Process, Reporting & Cross-Functional
Maintain rigorous CRM/Sheet for leads, meetings, demos, deals, revenue, and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
Weekly business review: pipeline, target vs. actual, collection status, risks, next actions.
Advise Marketing on the monthly budget (Monthly ≈ EGP 15k) and campaigns needed to hit your targets; close the loop with on-ground insights.

Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Commerce/Economics or related (Master’s/MBA a plus).
Graduates from AUC, GUC, BUE, or similar universities are a strong plus. • 3–5+ years in sales/key accounts (schools, retail chains, or distributors).
Strong negotiation, executive presentation, and public speaking (Arabic & English).
Solid Excel/Sheets + WhatsApp Business + CRM hygiene; field-ready and organized.
