Take ownership of new features and modules; study them, and work on them along with other teammates.

Estimating time for tasks assigned to team members and set deadlines accordingly.
Ensure the developers meet the pre-set deadlines regularly.
Ensuring the maintenance of any bugs or issues

3+ years of experience in software development.
Proven expertise in HTML/CSS , JavaScript/AJAX, common libraries (jQuery, Vue, Bootstrap, etc.).
Excellent knowledge and proficient in PHP and Laravel.
Solid experience in building sites to function cross-platform and cross-browser.
Experience with building database-driven applications and websites.
Experience in ensuring code standards.
Intellectual curiosity to learn about current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, accessibility, and usability.
Good Understanding of security practices.
Basic knowledge of AWS or having worked with AWS servers is a plus.
Experience of source control system using GIT
Excellent understanding of design patterns
