Job Description
- Coordinate and enhance the leasing and operations of all revenue generating assets in the project destinations.
- Conduct Market analyses to get a clear view about Retail market status in the area and creates an enticing environment to attract prospective tenants.
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and leasing habits to identify potential customers.
- Identify and approach potential retailers, either directly or through brokers, and negotiate leasing deals with them as per the approved pricing policy.
- Provide a full orientation of the leasing and the Community policies, and assess the eligibility of the potential clients during the negotiation phases.
- Collect the design requirements and send a brief of the subject tenant and the recommended plot to the Design Management to send the unit layout.
- Negotiate the commercial agreements with the clients, and finalize the contractual agreements through coordination with the Legal and Finance.
- Prepare handover documents and inspect ready units along with the franchises during retail orientation, in collaboration with the project team for technical inquiry clarification.
- Collaborate with the legal department to finalize all documents that needed for franchises and for tenants.
Job Requirements
- 4-5 years as a Leasing professional
- Effective communication skills.
- Confident and independent employee who is able to make decisions.
- Deliver and manage effective customer relationships and infrastructure for same.
- Good understanding of tenant mix and zoning.
- Strong managerial, public relations and communication skills.
