Job Description
An online branding company is willing to hire 2 account managers, one responsible for managing accounts that buy company's digital marketing service and another one responsible for managing accounts that buys company's software services.
Job Description:
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
- Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.
- Monitor project performance on daily basis and craft report with project status to digital manager.
- Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects and solve any kind of problems that related to his/her client.
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients. • Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
- Can handle the client individually.
- Attend meetings on regular basis with clients on his own.
Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or any related field.
- Experience in Digital Marketing agency/Software house not less than 1 year as an Account Manager.
- Male, maximum age 29 years old.
- Working remotely (except the meetings we request him to come).
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.
- Preferred own a car.
- Advanced reporting skills.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Leadership skills, professionalism, and a motivated attitude.
