Job Description
- The Marketing Executive will report to the CMO & will be responsible for developing & executing the marketing strategy & managing the social media presence. She/he will be responsible for growing the brand on social media channels, reaching & communicating the right target audience, increasing engagement & monitoring activity on a daily basis.
- Build & execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking & audience identification
- Community management, ensuring consistency in messages across all social media channels
- Generate, publish& share daily content that builds meaningful connections &encourages community members to take action
- Set up & optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Create & execute the email marketing strategy to increase user retention
- Handle the creative communication with local agencies, influencers etc.
- Responsible for field activations such as events, shop branding & photoshoots etc.
- Support the CMO with proper analysis of marketing activities & goals.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven working experience on marketing
- Fluency in Arabic and English-written & verbal, with excellent communication & content writing skills
- Knowledge of email marketing& good understanding of major marketing channels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for producing reports & presentations
- Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking & organizational ability
- Enthusiastic & self-motivated, innovative & creative
- Graphic design knowledge is a plus
