Job Description
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Cloud Services, on premises services and Operating Systems to ensure the system is running in best practice Model and Reliable for business needs
- Identify improvements to IT documentation, network maps, processes/procedures, and tickets, to make sure that every point in system is documented
- Keep all tickets and projects updated and track time in a detailed format, to have metric can measure Performance on it
- Configuring, managing, securing, and troubleshooting active directory organizational units and group policy, to ensure the healthy status of it
- Manage Virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-V, to host IT services over this
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models, to Ensure we have always latest version with more feature
- Train 1st and 2nd Line Of support on new system and Technology, to ensure that knowledge shared and help them quickly solve end user Issues
- Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance
- Monitor Backup for systems, to secure the important Data from Being Lost
- Forecast and perform capacity planning on Services, to plan the needs for system and periodize it
- Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
- Participate in the evaluation, development, implementation, integration and administration of internal and external business solutions that meet customer needs;
- Recommends new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user experience feedback
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, computer science or related field
- At least 1-3 years of systems engineering experience.
- Microsoft Products. as an example, but not limited.
- Windows Server 2012 to 2019, Linux
- Very Good Knowledge in Azure & Microsoft 365
- Very Good Knowledge in Exchange 2013, 2016 and Exchange online
- Very Good Knowledge in System Center Family
- Excellent in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and File Servers
- Very Good Knowledge in Virtualization (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management
- Preferred certified in this Fields (MCSE, Azure, Office 365, VMware)
