Job Description
- Responsible for overall operational management and performance of delivery operations.
- Assign delivery to couriers according to schedules and route plans.
- Follow with supervisor on Dispatch Plan For Couriers
- Flag any issue related to delay or failed or partial delivery
- Achieve KPI of delivery & pickup commitment.
- Responsible for the shift assigned to ensure consignments are picked up/ delivered .
- Supervise pilots to ensure that safety best practices are being followed while handling shipments.
- Develop delivery best practices to operations and in collaboration with customer service
Job Requirements
- +5 years experience in Managerial level
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Previous experience with courier/express/parcel delivery company
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations & management
