- Prepares the healthcare operating plans and budget and submits to the direct manager to incorporate on the departmental operating budget.
- Participates in developing the healthcare policies & procedures manual, submits it to the direct manager to develop the final manual.
- Sets the standards and performance measures (KPIs) for his/her direct reports ensuring their alignment to the organization’s strategic direction, and monitors their timely implementation, ensures the achievement of the set objectives.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through conducting research; attending conferences and seminars to achieve best practices pertaining to burnt cases treatment.
- Administers day-to-day oversight of the program through working closely with the program coordinator, volunteers, and involved parties and provides ongoing support and technical assistance to ensure the program’s goals and objectives are met.
- Establishes partnerships for services and referrals within the medical field to help serve the overall benefit of the organization.
- Assists with proposals and grants drafting process through securing the technical and statistical data to ensure additional funding or refunding and grants for continuation and expansion of program services.
- Analyzes and improves the efficiency of departmental performance through gathering reports from subordinates regarding patients’ satisfaction information to guarantee the most appropriate service is provided to patients of burnt cases.
