Job Description

You will be involved in guiding the wider performance of Weqaaya, helping to shape the direction of the business as it goes through the next stage of its growth.

We are seeking to hire Senior Product Specialist with experience in digital healthcare.

You will contact private clinics, Meet with doctors, and setup demonstrations of Weqaaya EHR solution. After demonstration, you will follow sales cycle to obtain commitment and execute contract to begin service. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full-cycle sales process from creative lead generation, discovery and building pipeline, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations, to closings with extensive individual prospecting.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Think creatively to increase sales momentum and opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for account acquisition.
  • Develop a sales plan aligned with our growth strategy.
  • Participate in and implement territory planning, through Targeting and Segmentation in your territory to get maximum use of time and best area coverage.
  • Continuously assess the market to identify new clients and add to the existing clients base to provide lobby of loyal clients.
  • Provide feedback on clients, competitive activity, and product performance.
  • Assist in Sales Engineering and Enablement in developing effective sales tools, process and materials for your region.

Job Requirements

You will have full responsibility of our sales activities so you should be independent, Initiative and have a sense of ownership and self-motivation.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in selling practice management, Electronic Health Records solutions; or previous experience consulting and selling solutions to medical practices.
  • Very good in English spoken and written.
  • Highly effective communication, persuasion, and complex selling skills.
  • Aptitude in delivering effective software demos.
  • Has the capability of navigating the negotiation to desired results.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and how it improves people’s health.
  • Travel if required.
