Job Description
- Maintaining the Non-Medical recruitment process
- Supervising the Non-Medical team members , fostering their professional development
- promoting teamwork and cooperation
- He /She is also responsible for conducting & handling interviews for the senior and managerial job positions in coordination with Section Head
Job Requirements
- Alexandria Residency is Must
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or any relevant degree
Experience - 4 years in recruitment which includes at least 2 years of experience in supervisor level
- Employer performance management and competency to use
the relevant tools. - Able to manage in a matrix organization.
- Decision maker And able to Manage a Team
- HR diploma is a Must
- Maximum age is 30 years
