Responsible for completing the inventory actions for AXA Fixed assets (FA) on annual basis.
Responsible for tracking AXA Egypt assets movement and to ensure that all movement are updated in our Fixed Assets Register.
Responsible for FA registering, barcoding and labelling assets and reconciliation.
Ownership for handling the obsolete FA selling process.
Responsible for AXA warehouses custodian.
Check warehouses physical condition and take all necessary actions to rectify issues before or upon occur.
Responsible for maintaining only AXA Egypt sufficient stock levels and avoid any excessive in storage.
Responsible for monitoring and controlling the inventory conducted by the department team on a semi-annual and annual basis for all stored items.
Participate in tender process to provide a technical feedback.
Responsible for Vendor relationship management in away serving AXA best interest.
Track business unit’s monthly consumption set annual estimated consumption and working on contracting all vendors with procurement to serve AXA business needs.
Ensure that business unit’s quarterly PR are submitted and follow up with team member until receiving from vendors.
Update warehouse key register and complete handover for the team members.
Ensure that the department team are Maintaining a consolidated record keeping (hard/soft) for all printed materials designs, PDF and specs.
