Job Description

  • Responsible for completing the inventory actions for AXA Fixed assets (FA) on annual basis.
  • Responsible for tracking AXA Egypt assets movement and to ensure that all movement are updated in our Fixed Assets Register.
  • Responsible for FA registering, barcoding and labelling assets and reconciliation.
  • Ownership for handling the obsolete FA selling process.
  • Responsible for AXA warehouses custodian.
  • Check warehouses physical condition and take all necessary actions to rectify issues before or upon occur.
  • Responsible for maintaining only AXA Egypt sufficient stock levels and avoid any excessive in storage.
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling the inventory conducted by the department team on a semi-annual and annual basis for all stored items.
  • Participate in tender process to provide a technical feedback.
  • Responsible for Vendor relationship management in away serving AXA best interest.
  • Track business unit’s monthly consumption set annual estimated consumption and working on contracting all vendors with procurement to serve AXA business needs.
  • Ensure that business unit’s quarterly PR are submitted and follow up with team member until receiving from vendors.
  • Update warehouse key register and complete handover for the team members.
  • Ensure that the department team are Maintaining a consolidated record keeping (hard/soft) for all printed materials designs, PDF and specs.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is a must – Five years in the same grade
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software
  • Microsoft Office Computer Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferable commercial or mathematical background
  • BSc/BA in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field
