Job Description
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Job Requirements
- Engineering Graduate.
- SOPHOS firewall experience is an advantage.
- Experience in most of the following Microsoft 365 spectrum is a must:
- Working with Azure and Microsoft Office 365 systems (3-year minimum):
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, CA, Radius server.
- Office 365 Workloads (Azure AD, Online Email, Sharepoint, Teams)
- Azure AD users’ provision.
- Azure AD and Device Control.
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.
- Defender ATP and Web protection.
- Exchange Online and Exchange ATP.
- Email Archiving Policies
- Office 365 security.
- BitLocker Implementation And Configuration.
- Microsoft Data loss prevention.
- Migration between Exchange and Office 365.
- Handle Office 365 advanced operations
- Processes and procedures development.
