Job Description
Administrative Functions:
- Managing and generating Radiology business from the existing key referrals and developing new potential players whom can secure Cairo Scan radiology cash and credit flow
- Organizing the sales business cycle and manage the reporting system to meet management expectations and assure effective implementations
- Coaching, support, train, and direct radiology cash sales team members regularly in outdoors and indoors activities and help them to focus and overcome any business obstacle may affect their performance.
- Communicate regularly with reception and customer services teams and other in-house partners to guarantee smooth work process.
- Ensuring certain number of team member’s availability all the time to be able to manage sales budget inquires and assure effective sales processes to achieve the assigned goals.
- Ensure job standards for the sales process quality and working with radiology management to upgrade customer service performance regularly
- Monitor local competitors and new market approaches
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
- Monitoring the branches registration map and business distribution to assure each branch outcome.
- Participate in training of new employees and support them.
- Writing reports for performance and workflow for direct manager
- Do any other work assigned from direct manager within the limits of the tasks and responsibilities assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree at least.
- Experience: Preferred (2 – 4) years of experience in the same position or field
- Training: Specialized training in any of the above fields or specialties
- Advanced training courses in sales and leadership
- Good English language (spoken and written)
- Good Handwriting
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint, in particular.
