Job Description

  • In charge of rare disease &  Multiple sclerosis products.
  • Ensure highly knowledgeable and competent field force.
  • Conducting initial/follow-up training and assessment to the field force.
  • Developing updated manual for the medical background of the product.
  • Developing medical quizzes to evaluate the level of their understanding
  • Responsible for publication of all complete and closed studies on time according to SOPs
  • Contribute to the Key Thought leaders' management in the concerned area of expertise through co-developing clear opinion leaders’ strategy and implementing specific opinion leaders’ action plans.
  • Organizing round table discussions for focus group meetings.
  • Conduct KTL field visits based on mapped customers to leverage their level of engagement
  • Ensure support to clinical research in cooperation with clinical Operations
  • Supplying product managers with updated medical information concerning their products and competitors. Search regularly for product and competitor's updated situation.
  • Verifying promotional materials and information leaflets to ensure the medical and scientific accuracy of the data, and the respect of regulatory requirements. Efficient understanding of the medical background, to ensure the accuracy of the data.
  • Developing of educational materials.
  • Developing booklets and posters for patients.
  • Developing presentations for Medical reps. and doctors.
  • Offer regular and structured field based scientific support.
  • Participation in cycle meetings from medical point of view in respect of new campaigns, development & medical information refreshment sessions in accordance to the set plans.
  • Following medical inquires via Medline. original articles for external clients for relevant team on daily basis
  • Developing presentation sets for the field force group presentation activities
  • Preparing & contributing in their group meeting activities as appropriate.
  • Support Regulatory Team and providing them with all needed medical support for registration of unregistered products
  • Collaborate with Market Access to ensure developing access programs in light of the strategy set per product.
  • Participate in Launch Readiness from all Prospective; in terms of materials development internally and externally through KTL Management, Advisory Board, and Presentation Development and Competitor intelligence.
  • Ensure company governance in terms of safety and quality reporting and approval of any HCP Activity compliantly

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor degree of medicine (MBBch)

Related Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year of medical/ MSL experience
  • Overview of pharmaceutical business in Egypt.
