Job Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Receives hiring requests from all departments
  • Advertising all vacancies internally and externally through various recruitment media platforms.
  • Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews  
  • Updating recruitment records and prepare analytical reports
  • Conduct exit interview and prepare analytical exit interview report
  • Conduct employee on boarding and Orientation sessions.
  • Receive the hiring documents in order to finalize the job offer 
  • Monitor the performance for the hired employee in their probation period 
  • Handling all Hiring processes, starting from preparing employee files, social insurance forms 1,2,6 and  any other relevant tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • From very Good to Excellent command of English
  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Recruiter
  • Team management skills
  • HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
  • Excellent PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Females Only
