Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Receives hiring requests from all departments
- Advertising all vacancies internally and externally through various recruitment media platforms.
- Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Updating recruitment records and prepare analytical reports
- Conduct exit interview and prepare analytical exit interview report
- Conduct employee on boarding and Orientation sessions.
- Receive the hiring documents in order to finalize the job offer
- Monitor the performance for the hired employee in their probation period
- Handling all Hiring processes, starting from preparing employee files, social insurance forms 1,2,6 and any other relevant tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- From very Good to Excellent command of English
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Recruiter
- Team management skills
- HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
- Excellent PC skills, especially MS Excel
