Job Description
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring quantities on hand are enough to meet the demands of the hospital.
- Assist the Supply Chain Managers in managing the daily operational activities of the department to exceed customer satisfaction and to ensure delivery of quality customer support in a professional, courteous, consistent, and responsive manner.
- Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities related to the procurement function.
- Assist in preparing policies and procedures for the purchasing process.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for legal correctness, price, and item specifications. Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in planning and purchasing and toll factories.
Job Requirements
- Education: BS degree in Pharmacy.
- Experience: Min 3 Years in planning, purchasing, and toll factories.
