Tasks and Duties:
- Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Phone call or face to face
- Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned by E-mail.
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings.
- Install, test and configure new workstations & Laptops, peripheral equipment and software.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
- Report issues to the manager for escalation.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software.
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years Years of experience
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent years of hands-on experience
