Job Description

Tasks and Duties:

  • Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Phone call or face to face
  • Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned by E-mail.
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings.
  • Install, test and configure new workstations & Laptops, peripheral equipment and software.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
  • Report issues to the manager for escalation.
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software.
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years Years of experience
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent years of hands-on experience
