Job Description
- Review & monitor all B2B bookings with suppliers and hotels.
- Handle customers from 2 different markets (B2B & B2C)
- Daily check on system updates & technical errors
- Handling escalations with suppliers & hotels.
- Support in bookings auditing.
- Customize Travel Packages (Hotel + Flights + Transportation ...etc.)
- Offering tour solutions based on clients' requirements.
- Follow up with travel agents for future bookings
- Approaching the airlines, hotels, and suppliers to make the travel deals with them.
- present information on the company's products in an accurate and balanced manner.
- Maintain good communication & relation with supplier’s sales teams
- Optimizing finished cases & bookings to obtain the maximum profit of sold products.
- Increase reservations resources by adding new potential (individual, Co short term, and travel agencies)
- Provide high standards of ongoing training for the team so that they possess sufficient knowledge to
- Achieve department target
Job Requirements
- Experience of 3+ years at travel & tourism companies
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent language skills in both English and Arabic (oral & written).
- Ability to use a balance of technical expertise and interpersonal relations to execute new initiatives that support the company’s objectives.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate>
- Excellent knowledge of reservations systems and e-travel
- Good IT skills
