Job Description
Installation Manager needed for reputable wooden factory in Maadi with the following responsibilities:
- Study the project and make the organizational structure for implementing projects.
- Scheduling the needs (material and human) according to the work plan of each project and handing over copies to the administration.
- Approving the shop drawings, materials, accessories, wood and colors.
- Determine the timetable for project implementation and preliminary work.
- Supervising the preparation of the complete project file, including material or human resources, timings, and implementation specifications.
- Supervising the development of tools and the best ways to manage and implement projects.
- Supervising the follow-up of the daily implementation of the projects in coordination with the client. Supervising the review of all abstracts.
- Supervising the availability of all required materials during the implementation period and the effectiveness of supply operations and removing obstacles
- Supervising any amendments to the project's workflow, provided that it is documented with the necessary signatures.
- Ensure that all technical documents, specifications and correspondence with the client are kept. Follow up
- Contributing to developing plans for the technical needs and specifications required for implementation.
- Cooperating with other departments and receiving or rejecting raw materials in violation of the specified specifications or accepting them in case of possible use with Record notes on the receipt.
- Responsible for preserving all the department's materials and supplies, securing them in the right place and using them optimally.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Applied Arts, Fine arts
- Background in wooden work manufacturing
- Excellent English (speaking & writing)
