Job Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. He will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth.
- Perform cold/warmth calls to generate sales appointments, consult prospective clients by understanding their needs.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Maintain a high level of prospect services and support.
- Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
- Achieve daily and weekly sales target set for calls, emails, and follow up.
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process.
- Compile and update the most recent information regarding client’s preference and need, on daily and weekly basis.
- Prepare, locate and compile information and documents.
- All paperwork is to be completed in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed, accurate and confidential records.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role – real estate experience is a must.
- Good at networking and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Strong organization and documentation skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Positive attitude with excellent people, phone and sales skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills both oral and written.
- Advanced PC skills, CRM experience is a plus.
- Fluent English Language.
