Job Description
- Post job Ads and explore new recruitment sources to attract qualified applicants.
- Conduct initial screening and categorize the screened CVs to filter the applicants who are most fitting to the job.
- Develop sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines, utilizing different channels (job boards, internal database, professional networks, social media platforms, etc.)
- Conduct Competency-Based Interviews to assess/evaluate the candidates’ qualifications and competencies.
- Create contracts for newly hired employees and receiving their valid hiring documents.
- Respond on time for any planned or unplanned needed request.
- preparing weekly dashboards
- Attend employment fairs if needed
Job Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in massive hiring is a must.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent communications skills
- Initiative, organized and responsible person with the ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
